I came across this energy drink a couple years back when I was looking for a pick me up on my lunch break. The first thing I noticed was that it was double the size of a Red Bull. This was probably one of the first energy drinks to give you twice the amount at or around the same price of a Red Bull. I mean, who can turn that deal down right? Nowadays, most energy drinks come in 16 oz. cans which I think is great, because if I’m going to pay 2 dollars or more, I’m going to want to get the most bang for my buck. I’m sure this holds true for most consumers. As far as taste is concerned I think it is definitely one of the better tasting energy drinks in the market today. To best describe the taste, I would say it is a mixture of citrus and apple flavor. I’ve tried a couple of energy drinks that have a cough syrup taste, but this is not one of them. Rockstar Energy Drink is exceptionally delicious when it’s ice cold. As far as getting me AMPED, Rockstar definitely does the trick. We have Rockstar in our vending machine at work, and I must say every time i finish drinking one of these, my productivity skyrockets!
